In its effort to fulfill its obligation to organize its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2020 – subsequent to the earlier AGM which was scheduled on 29th October 2020 but cancelled due to COVID19 resurgence, the Malaysian Chess Federation (MCF) have agreed to proceed with its AGM via Online on 30th December 2020. The decision to hold the AGM before the calendar year ends is to ensure that the new leadership of MCF which was elected last year, will have the opportunity to update and share with its affiliates the activities and successes that it has completed for 2019, progresses made for 2020, and its outlook for 2021.

The Notice for the Annual General Meeting has been sent out to all eligible affiliates earlier today, with the dateline of 23rd December for the affiliates to respond by providing the list of delegates attending the AGM
