Please take note that once a submission has been made, please check your email (the one that you use to register your MCF ID) to reconfirm your email address. The link is valid only for 48 hours failing which, if no verification is received within that timeline, the link will expire and you will need to resubmit your application.
Once the email has been confirmed and verified, please wait between 5 and 7 days for your submission to be approved. However, we will put up a bit of effort to ensure that everyone’s application is approved within 3 days.
Your patience is most appreciated. Do not resubmit another application before the 7th day as it will create duplicated data.
A few things to remember:
1) When submitting an application, please make sure that the scan copy of your IC (we need the front of the card only) clearly shows your IC number and name
2) After submitting your application, a verification email is sent to your registered email address. Many people complained that they did not receive the email. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folders because, in many of the cases that we have encountered, the email is actually forwarded to these folders. Please do not immediately assume that you did not receive our email before checking your SPAM/JUNK folders.
3) When submitting your proof of payment, please submit only for that application. If you are submitting payment for more than 1 person, please do not bundle all the payments into a single transfer – this will create confusion. 1 application – 1 proof of payment – one value
