At a recent MCF Meeting held late last month, the President and Committee of the Malaysian Chess Federation has agreed to continue its STATE GRANT program which was first introduced in 2021.

To apply for the grant, state affiliate would need to email their proposal to MCF and include the purpose of the application, a working budget and the date of the activity which needs to be completed between July and December 2023.

An email has been sent to all the affiliates informing them of the process that is required to obtain the grant.

In 2021, when the first STATE GRANT program was executed, 10 State affiliates had applied and was approved for the grant.
