The Malaysian Chess Federation is inviting seniors (above 50 and above 65) who are interested to participate at the Asian Seniors Chess Championship to be held in the Philippines, to do so before the 15th of September 2023. Scheduled to be held between the 14th and the 22nd of October 2023 in Tagaytay City, Philippines, the 9 rounds 90 minutes plus 30 seconds championship offers a total prize fund of USD3,000 to the eventual winners.

Interested players can register directly with the organizer by using the attached form and submit the information together with ID photo and passport copy (color scan) to asianchessfederation@yahoo.com with copies to mykelapitan0818@gmail.com. Take note that the Registration Form must be certified by MCF prior to submission as such, please submit the form to mcfsecretariat@malaysiachess.org for MCF to endorse. MCF welcomes and support all players who are interested to take part in the premier Regional Seniors event and look forward for Malaysia to produce the most players to the event.
