In conjunction with the 16th Malaysian Chess Festival 2019, there will be a FIDE International Organizer (FIO) Seminar held in Cititel Midvalley Hotel from 13th – 15th August 2019. Mr. Ignatius Leong (IA, IO) will be the Lecturer. A very professional and vastly experienced Arbiter & Lecturer, Mr. Ignatius Leong (IA, IO) has agreed to come to Kuala Lumpur to conduct this Seminar. Potential Organizers, Arbiters, NA’s, FA’s & IA’s should not miss this opportunity to attend the Lectures.
