The Persatuan Catur Negeri Sarawak and the Malaysian Chess Federation, will be organizing the second edition of the National Arbiter Seminar for 2021 scheduled to take place from 21st May to 23rd May 2021. Similar to the previous National Arbiter Seminar held last month with Persatuan Catur Negeri Kedah, the three (3) days event will cover the basic and fundamental tasks of being an Arbiter in managing a quality and high standard chess event.

Limited to only 30 participants, the entry fees is RM 160 per person and those interested to be part of the program are advised to sign up on or before 10th May 2021. Modules and materials will be provided by the lecturer led by FA Najib Abdul Wahab – an experienced Arbiter who is also the Honorary Secretary of the Malaysian Chess Federation, and assisted by IA Lim Poay Sim – an International Arbiter, an experienced organizer and a Committee member of the the Penang Chess Association.
