Three other players – Ainul Mardhiah Mohd Afif who secured the WFM (Women FIDE Master) title, and both Chow Yi Chen and Yap Ray Jin who secured the CM (Candidate Master) title, will have to wait a little longer until they surpass the minimum rating requirements before they can use the title officially. If Ainul Mardhiah is able to secure the title formally soon, she will also be Malaysia’s 10th WFM to earn the title.
In any event, MCF CONGRATULATES all our bright young stars who have made the nation proud, and to the many more accolades that they and the many more young and potential Malaysian stars will achieve in the future. MALAYSIA BOLEH!
