The Malaysian Chess Federation Training Commission – lead by Head Coach and Chairman FM Sumant Subramaniam, has agreed to extend the submission dateline for the training program (NTP 4.0) to the 10th of July 2023. With the dateline extended for another week, the starting date for the program has also been push back to begin on the 15th of July 2023.

The decision to extend the dates was to provide more time for interested players to sign up for the program as there was some confusion and misunderstanding as to how the online submission form needs to be filled by interested applicants.

For those who have already submitted their application, and have not uploaded either one of the documents in the ‘UPLOADS’ column, please resubmit your application in this NEW LINK. Please note that submissions in the old link will NOT be valid anymore.

For clarification, the document (ONLY ONE (1) IS NECESSARY) that needs to be submitted is EITHER
A recommendation letter by a qualified coach
OR
Bank transfer slip of RM50 to MCF account
(Please submit only one of the two options provided above)

For those who have already completed and abided by the requirements above, your application is currently being reviewed, as such, you do not need to make a new submission or take any further action.
