The Asian Chess Federation in cooperation with National Chess Federation of the Philippines has recently confirmed that they will be organizing an online FIDE Arbiters Seminar starting from 10 July to 12 July 2020 via online Zoom Meeting application. The leading lecturer for the Seminar will be none other than IA/IO Casto Abundo, one of the more experienced FIDE Arbiter and organizer in the ASIAN circles who is also the ASIAN Chess Federation Member Executive Director. Mr Abundo will be assisted by IA Patrick Lee of the Philippines. The seminar will be done in English with translation to Tagalog for the benefit of the hosting nation.
