Below are the list of players that have won each FT Series and their respective GP Points. Top 24 from each category will qualify for the Knock Out stage….

Top 24 from U12 will qualify for the Knock Out Stage to be held this Saturday starting at 9:00am
Top 24 from Ladies category will qualify for the Knock Out Stage to be held this Sunday starting at 9:00am
Top 24 from Open category will qualify for the Knock Out Stage to be held next Sunday starting at 9:00am

As the event is contributed and supported by the Ministry of Federal Territories under its previous Deputy Minister YB Dato Seri Dr. Santhara, the balance 8 qualifiers (to complete the Round of 32) shall be nominated by the 3 Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya – 2 players each, and another 2 from MCF itself.

To date, the Federal Territory of Labuan has nominated Katherine Samantha Likoh and Natalie Chin Ming Hui for the Ladies categories and for the U12 category, Jason Warren Likoh and Daniel Yeo Sir Leong. The nominees for the Open category will be known later in the week or early next week.

The organizer is waiting for the list of players from Kuala Lumpur Chess Association, Persatuan Catur Putrajaya and MCF to nominate its players which should be finalized within the next 24 hours.

The knock out table will be out on Friday morning to confirm the placements for the FT nominees whereas the players from the FT Series will be placed according to the table
