With three (3) more weeks to go before the start of the National Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship 2021, all the allocated slots for the event is already filled up. Due to strict SOP requirements that has been agreed upon when the application was submitted to the Commissioner of Sports, it is regretted that the organizer for the event (and MCF) is not able to accept any more entries to ensure that social distancing and crowd control can be managed effectively.

While the name list has not yet been fully updated, the majority of the players registering for the event has been listed out at the chess-results.com website as per the following link:
For Rapid event: http://chess-results.com/tnr593309.aspx?lan=1
For Blitz event: http://chess-results.com/tnr593308.aspx?lan=1

The Organizer and the Malaysian Chess Federation thanked everyone for their support and interest towards the event but regretfully, the SOP that has been set up needs to adhered to. With the numbers fast reaching its maximum numbers, the registration for the event is now closed.
